• An owner or manager who wants to work with us closely, as the pilot or co-pilot of the business's web.

What we bring

• A person on our team who is your first stop for help.
• Meetings at your shop or by video, in Orange and Seminole County.
• Early access to solutions in alpha.

What you bring

• Time to meet with us.
• Access to the accounts the work needs, given by you.

Your data and accounts

• Your listings, your accounts and your data belong to your business.
• You can see what we change, and when.
• If you leave, you keep all of it.

Money, in the open

• Solutions in alpha are priced with each Client-Partner: a one-time fee, a monthly fee, or both.
• The price is written down before the work starts.
• No charge you did not agree to.
• If money is tight, tell us. We decide case by case.

What we learn together

• With your OK, we may share what we learn without naming you.
• We name your business only with your permission.

Why we ask: we are a lab as much as a team. What we learn with you can become case studies, guides, and research for the local businesses who come after you. About our lab

If you want to stop

• Cancel with us at any time.
• We ask for about a week or two to finish what we are working on and reassign our resources.
• We hand back any access you gave us.

What we never do

• Sell your data.
• Keep access to your accounts after you leave.
